The holding fee is a one-time payment to confirm that you are serious about the property and want to proceed with your application.

When will I be informed about scheduling a viewing?
We will notify you within 3-5 working days to schedule a viewing with the landlord.

What’s the payment process after viewing, including the rent and deposit negotiation?
After viewing, 1-month rent plus deposit (negotiable with the landlord).

What if I don’t like the property after viewing it?

If you’ve viewed the property and found it unsuitable, you can explore other property listings on our website. You have the option to apply for multiple property listings using the same application form. If you rent a property from another agency, you can cancel at any time according to our terms.

What criteria might the landlord consider before scheduling a viewing, including the potential need for a guarantor?
The landlord may require a guarantor and other requirements before scheduling the viewing for you.

Please note that any offer to rent the Property to you is subject to contract, receipt of satisfactory references and is at the landlord’s discretion.
