 The holding fee is a one-time payment to confirm that you are serious about the property and want to proceed with your application.

What will happen once you pay Holding fee?

1. First, what we need to do, we have to proceed with your application form to the landlord. Let him know that you are interested in his property, and we have to wait for his answer in  3-5 working days.

2. We will notify you when the landlord is available to schedule viewings for you.

If you viewed the property and didn’t like it, you can always check our website for other property offers. You can apply for more property offers using the same application form.

3. The landlord may require a guarantor and other requirements before scheduling the viewing for you.

Please note that any offer to rent the Property to you is subject to contract, receipt of satisfactory references and is at the landlord’s discretion.

Refund and Cancellation Policies
You can cancel your order within 48 hours and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel in the future, we may offer a partial refund as long as we have not performed any of the “Stage 2” services yet. We cannot provide a refund for services already performed or if you fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement.
Our refund policy allows you to request a refund within 30 days from the date of your order placement. To initiate a service cancellation and refund request, kindly send an email to [email protected].

If you proceed with the one-time payment now, our system will promptly generate a duplicate of your rental application form and send it to your email within 25 minutes.

Card payments and Apple Pay incur an additional £10 transaction fee.*
