What will happen once you pay this fee?
1. Our team will find property offers according to your location guidance.
2. When the search is complete, we will send you an e-mail with the results of the currently available offers.
3. In a scarce chance that you viewed the property and didn’t like it, you can always check our website for other property offers, and you can apply for more property offers using the same application form.
4.The landlord may require a guarantor and other requirements before scheduled the viewing for you.
5.Please note that any offer to rent the Property to you is subject to contract, receipt of satisfactory references and is at the landlord’s discretion.
6.We are accepting payments only from the Tenants who registered on our website.
What is your Refund and Cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel in the future, we may be able to offer a partial, as long as we have not performed any of the “Stage 2” services yet. We cannot offer a refund for services already performed or if you fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement.
